Cyrus is a blueish alpaca in the Beast Crossing series who first appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. In New Leaf he works at Re-Tail, and in Animal Crossing: New Horizons he is office of the Wedding Flavour effect. He often appears alongside his wife, Reese.

In Animal Crossing: New Leafage, Cyrus works at Re-Tail alongside Reese and can customize furniture for the actor if given ore. He can besides create article of furniture such every bit the Gold Series and Music Box if given the necessary materials. For the mayor's first seven days in boondocks, Cyrus will be comatose at his desk-bound, unavailable. According to Reese, Cyrus worked on a project all dark and is "extremely tired." Cyrus'due south Affiche can be obtained from Nook Shopping after inviting him to Photopia via his amiibo. Additionally, Cyrus appears on the Reese & Cyrus Photograph Plate and the Reese & Cyrus customization of the Nuptials Welcome Board, which are both available during Wedding ceremony Season.

With the release of the 2.0 update, Cyrus and Reese can now have a shop open at the plaza on Harv's Island after altruistic 100,000 Bells. The role player tin can take Cyrus customize an item that is not customizable under normal means. Cyrus is bachelor until midnight.

Prior to its removal in version 2.0, when the player scans Cryus'south amiibo card and tries to invite him, he volition say:
